The AC unit had visible mold buildup on the vents, raising major concerns about air quality. The shower head leaked everywhere when turned on, and the bathroom showed rust, mold, deterioration, and poor maintenance overall. Cleanliness and guest safety are the bare minimum. "This was an excellent hotel that really worked with me I love the people there and they are like family to me now"

"On the first look, this place looks decent with a courtyard and spacious room. However as soon as we checked in, we found a dirty sock under bathroom sink and a random plastic bottle cap in the middle of the bedroom floor which just shows what a lousy clean job they did. The worst part is the strong chemical smell in the room. I am not sure what kind of cleaning product they used or sprayed in the room. The smell was so strong for the first night that I can not even sleep but I was so tired...

"No elevators so if you have luggage you need to lug it all upstairs. Iy took them 2+ hours to get our wifi working.Their free "breakfast" consisted of Quaker oat packs, yogurt, tea, coffee, kids fruit cups, and granola."
