"Upon entering our room, we discovered that the toilet was backed up and wouldn't flush. It’s never the first thing you want to deal with after a long day of travel, and honestly, my initial reaction was to be pretty annoyed. I called the front desk, and I have to give them credit—they were incredibly professional. A maintenance technician arrived at our door in less than 10 minutes. He was polite, wore shoe covers to keep the room clean, and had the issue resolved in about five minutes. Aside from that initial hiccup, the room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city."

"Rooms where dusty, coffee pots didn't work, Faucet leaked. The hallway smelled musty, I was totally shocked at the $50 dollars a day for parking! That would have cost more the rental car by double! The staff was really good and very polite, no complaints there at all! Food was good but limited. Overall i would not recommend staying here!"

"Great location for House of Blues concert, really modern and beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant downstairs and their breakfast was exceptional! Be sure to add the breakfast option on while booking. It was just $25 for us both and it was fantastic!!"
