"Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist."

"We went on a extremely busy weekend FIFA and July 4th. Self park was full we just used the valet parking. The valet staff was very helpful. The staff were so nice and professional and patient as the check in/check out line was getting a bit backed up. Nice pool, room was nice & clean bed comfy. Breakfast had quite a variety and the staff kept the food area clean and stocked with goodies. Easy check in and easy check out. Added plus great location!"

"The hotel has valet parking which is very convenient, but it comes with a price. There are a lot of public parking areas all around but they also come with a price. You just can't beat the practicality of having your car be ready when you want to the number of times you want and all for the same price. The staff is very friendly and trustworthy they are always ready with a tip or suggestion of what you plan to do that day. Will definitely consider to stay here once again."

"For the purpose of our trip, this location was perfect! We were in Houston to watch FIFA game at NRG stadium. Red train line was literally in front of hotel which brought us directly to stadium. This hotel was also located in a very nice & safe part of downtown Houston. Lots of bars & restaurants in the area. The staff at this property made us feel welcomed! So polite and professional."

"This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible."

"I've heard this hotel described as a 'best kept secret' sort of place, and I have to admit that my son and I did indeed have an amazing stay. It's a great space, located conveniently (we were there for Astros baseball), and the rates were not bad at all. A great option, and we'd stay there again if visiting downtown Houston."
