"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience. Lucky I have friends and family who live in Houston so I didn’t NEED to stay there! Very disappointed. If I could leave negative stars I would"

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was kept stocked. The outdoor pool was clean and provided a nice place to relax. The only downside was that there was some noise at times, and a few areas of the property could use minor updates. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again."

"Liked: staff gave excellent customer service, very friendly and nice, always helpful; everything was clean, my room was very clean the lobby, lobby bathrooms, breakfast area, outside areas, hallways, fitness center. Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast, coffee in breakfast area was always hot and fresh. My mom and kids enjoyed the waffle station. Dislikes: the pool was dirty however the patio area around was not dirty. The pool needs to be tended to professionally by a pool maintenance company....

"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

"The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!"
