"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views. The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel. "Pros: Friendly staff. The room is clean. The kitchen has basic equipments that you can make your own breakfast. It has a laundry & dryer in the room which is very convenient for families. There is a supermarket about 500m away from the hotel. Cons: It is about 1km from Dotonburi / Namba. It is not super convenient but it is acceptable. "

"Amazing variety of breakfast options. For me, their Japanese breakfast/brunch selections are authentic and thoughtful, such as grated mountain yam, Mentaiko, natto and rare type of seaweed. "

"The hotel itself is very unique, I can see the owner put a lot of thoughts into it to make it attractive to kids and adults with a lot of small activities you can do inside the hotel. The best part is that all of them are free as well as the drink. Room is clean as a standard Japanese hotel would be. Lots of convenient amenities too. However, I do need to point out that the rooms are noisy. The busy street is one reason, another reason is that there is a fridge right next to the pillow! When the fridge starts to work, it is noisy especially deep in the night. Many people would need to use earplugs (they are provided for free too)."
