"Location is spectacular, close to all major trains and right in the heart of Suskino. Room was smaller than most Japanese business hotels I’ve stayed in; could have done without the small table and chairs in the room, and a plug near the bed would have been helpful. Pretty clean, provided unlimited toiletries as well needed, and had a decent laundry facility. Would stay again."

"The staff was very nice. Front desk and dining staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The location was very good. The parking and check in time was a bit strict. Although our room was ready for us, they would not let us check in prior to 2:30. I am sure it is a rule put in place by the management. Not a good rule. Check in at 3 and out at 11:00 am just doesn't seem fair. The place is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. Cheers"

"Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie"
