"Room was clean, beds were very comfortable-even the pillows and duvets. Near konbinis and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, pajamas provided, public onsen. I would stay here again"

"Under the beds aren’t clean. Chairs were not in good condition. Wooden panel came off in kitchen. Need to do room check just in case. But overall still a decent place to stay at."

"Pleasant surprise to find a public bath in a hotel situated in the city. Clean and relaxing area for after-bath popsicle. Hotel is walking distance to Nakajima Park where the children had fun playing snow.
Room and lobby is clean. Even if parking is full, there is a public car park just opposite the hotel where you can park and get discounted parking from the hotel. Highly recommended hotel and definitely value for money!"
"Very comfortable stay with clean and well-equipped rooms. They had shoe dryers, air purifier/humidifier, pants press, and even a washer/dryer in the room. Room also came with a kitchenette.
Location of hotel is also excellent with close proximity (less than 5 minutes) to Tanukikoji, and Odori station."
"Everything including food, convenience, transportation, safety, cleanliness, and courteous service are excellent. One of the best place I have ever stayed in Japan. Highly recommended."
"We would like to compliment two of the counter staff who always serve us. They are Ms Tazawa and Ms Kohira. thank them for helping us to settle our problem."
