Very nice hotel close to a subway station. Very clean and nice rooms, awesome breakfast buffet, with both western and asian options. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There's parking beside the hotel, but sometimes it's full. They have another parking option 2 blocks away, at reduced fees. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel with really helpful and courteous staff. The rooms are big and very clean.The breakfast is amazing. The location of the hotel is ideal since it's very near a train station, convenience stores and restaurants. Walking distance to a lot of places to visit in Sapporo. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was convenient, and the location was close to the subway with quite a lot of restaurants nearby. It was a 15-minute walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The staff were very helpful—when my child had a little incident, they responded quickly and thoughtfully. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Breakfast was a highlight: the food was very good with a huge selection. The staff was very friendly and made this a very enjoyable experience for us. The rooms were clean and the staff always helpful and friendly. I hope to come back someday.

The hotel is maintained well. great location close to the central Sapporo. Staffs are polite. We had a very good stay for our family vacation. The reason why only a 4 star rating is given is due to the lack of breakfast dish refills when the pots are empty. The breakfast dinning closes at 10am. Guests are required to enter by 9am. We got in right at 9am but already found that many dishes were empty. We thought maybe they will be refilled but most of them were just left being empty. By 9:20 most dishes were already picked up by the staffs. By 9:30 it’s just mostly salads and fruits left.

JAL Sapporo Nakajima is an excellent hotel. My travel companion and I stayed there for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a quick walk (two blocks--maybe five minutes) to the Nakajima Koen subway station and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops in the immediate area. The room was large and comfortable--we had a twin room with two nice sized beds and a pretty nice view from the seventh floor. The breakfast was superb. The variety of foods was impressive--one can make one's own ramen or rice bowl, there is a large assortment of hot dishes, fruit, yogurt, a coffee machine with a variety of options, and a very helpful host. Beware that some mornings the breakfast room is very busy and there may be a wait to be seated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My friend had trouble connecting to the free WiFi, so one of the staff came up to our room with a WiFi router and got us all set up. I highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Sapporo. It was really a great place to stay while enjoying Hokkaido.

I liked clean, big size room with comfortable pillow and new bedding. Location is little off the center but it could be good for that reason for some people. Nakajima park is just around the corner. I suggest renting a row boat to look around park setting, offered rate at 80O yen per 40 minutes, reasonable price and lovely experience to observe birds and various wild lives living on Hokkaido nature. There is L . Bernstein memorial statue in the park for classical music fans which I missed. Breakfast spread was mixed with Japanese and western, I enjoyed fresh yogurt and house made pudding most. Staff provided information of coin laundry which was very helpful to me but I wish they also provide airport bus info at arrival to make the service even more perfect, if I may suggest. Also had a chance to use big bath in the house. Not crowded and exceptionally clean at the time of use, thank you for amazing job you do!
