" Amazing Staff Hampered by Significant Management Failures
I have mixed feelings about our stay. On one hand, the employees were terrific—hardworking, welcoming, and truly dedicated to service. However, the resort is severely poorly managed. We faced daily shortages of basic essentials: no beach towels, pool chairs, bath towels, or even shampoo. The supply issues extended to the bars and restaurants, which were constantly out of staples like coffee, beer, and specific menu items. The staff does their best, but management is failing to provide them with the tools to run a functional resort.
I would not stay here again. "

"Staff is very courteous. Clean room. Beautiful grounds. Expect limited seating around the pool because this area is small. Ocean is a flat 5 minute walk. Restaurant was delicious. Free breakfast with choices was a bonus. This small hotel does everything right."

"Rooms are adequate and clean but hotel is starting to show its age. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool area could use some umbrellas for shade. Breakfast is ok but could use some variety rather than just 3 choices. "

"This place was such a nice treat after a really long string of bad days. From the moment i was greated by the front desk I just felt weight lifted and I was able to relax. The bed was incredible, the property was beautiful and they even helped me park my boat in the parking lot which was greatly appreciated. I was so sad I wasnt able to stay more than one night.
