"The pro for this property of course is inside the park and right literally steps to old faithful. Staff was great as well. Room super basic and maybe lacked a little cleaning. No WiFi on property had to walk to snow lodge in order to use there WiFi. Makes navigation really hard when trying to explore Yellowstone. Not impossible but hard. Not problem disconnecting from tech but just would have been nice for that part alone. Gift shop, restaurants are reasonable. Make reservations especially if a family. Be happy if you have Verizon (or xfinity according to other guests) and this will work out awesome. Bear spray in gift shop I believe is $55, bought in Idaho for $50 so really reasonable there. Gas station on property. "

"The bunk beds were a lifesaver. They lost my reservations so we had to downgrade to a smaller room. With a family of 5 that’s not the most comfortable thing. Thy charged the wrong card even after explaining we needed another card to be the card they charged. The air conditioning was all messed up. We called on it and maintenance was supposed to come look at it but they never did. The pool was amazing it had a water slide and was probably the highlight of the hotel, also the game room was so much fun."

"Breakfast was the typical hotel continental breakfast. Room was large and very clean and staff was attentive to our needs."

"Wonderful location and an awesomeness trip to Yellowstone. We we disappointed with the restaurant here soup was inedible and server said they could add water to make it taste better!! Our cabin was older which is fine but there was black hair in the shower plug and a pair of ladies underpants hanging on the shower curtain. But we accept we were paying for the location and understand it was the start of the season."

"Very nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking. Just out of the way enough to be quiet, which being within easy reach of the Main Street into Yellowstone. Only con is they don’t have any breakfast except for tour busses."

"Our stay was great. I made a mistake at booking for a room instead of a cabin. Cindy at the front desk helped me get into one of them. She was awesome."

"The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone. "
