Assateague State Park

Assateague island stretches along Maryland and Virginias coast and host beautiful beaches with wild ponies

Camped at the State Park on the barrier island. There are about 130 wild ponies and many deer that roam freely in the campground. There were 8 ponies that we encountered while leaving for a tour of the National Park.
