"Very disappointing experience overall. The spa room was outdated, dirty, and in poor condition. It was also extremely loud and far from the relaxing experience we expected. We reported our concerns to staff, but no action was taken. We were not offered a room change, despite the hotel's notes later stating that one was offered, which is inaccurate. We have been loyal Hotels.com customers for years, and Hotels.com even submitted a refund request on our behalf. Unfortunately, we never received a response from the property, nor any follow-up regarding our concerns. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer service was extremely frustrating."

"I had an excellent stay at the Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino Tacoma. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel is well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated how easy check-in was and how comfortable the beds were after a long day. I also enjoyed dining at the Puyallup Cafe. The food was great, and the service was excellent. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tacoma area. Great service, clean accommodations, and a wonderful overall experience!"

"Hotel Murano is centrally located close to theater, museum and restaurants. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The main lobby and conference needs a makeover ~ carpets and sofa's showed considerable wear. The hotel is currently working on renovations. The lounge and restaurant were extremely noisy with hammering and sawing during our visit. Once finished it will be a big improvement to the hotel. I will definitely return when visiting the Tacoma area."

"Advertised that the pool and hot tub were open. But when we checked in the front desk employee (Who had terrible people skills) told us the pool and hot tub were closed and there was a sign on the pool door saying the pool was closed for the season and will open in May.Well , it is the middle of june and it's still closed. And in between the hours of eleven p.m. and midnight , a group of men were running up and down the hall , goofing off and carrying on , and nobody said anything until I asked them to please be quiet. We will never stay here again!"

"Upon checking in we were told that the AC was not working but we would be able to open the window and could have a fan for the room. We had already paid for our room so we continued with the booking. We get up to our room and the window are screwed shut. We call and maintained comes and opens it for us to quickly realize that we are right next to a train which is unbearably loud. It was too hot in the room even with the fan and window open for us. Staff was really nice and never showed frustration with helping us, but it really affected our sleep not to have working air. Staff allowed us to move rooms away from the train which helped a bit, but overall I would not stay again."
