"We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The space was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It was the perfect size for two people, offering plenty of room to relax while still feeling cozy. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time together. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing cabin experience!"

"The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience. The breakfasts were ok, but not great."

"Rooms were spacious and clean, its pet friendly, They have great coffee shops near by and grocery stores very convenient location."

"The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again."

"The bed was firm, the air conditioner worked well, the room was sufficient. Interacting with the staff was very pleasant and helpful. This is an older facility that isn’t a convenient location and if you simply need a spot to lay your head, this is a good spot."

"We really enjoyed 2 nights at Westbrook Inn. The bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, house is beautiful, staff is supper kinda and helpful. Overall Westbrook is a cute town and we certainly feel rejuvenated and happy in this anniversary trip."

"it was a short conversation when I checked in. The front desk asked for my ID copy and credit card, did not mention other things like breakfast arrangement, nearby restaurant info if we are interested. The breakfast is very basic, even did not have hot oatmeal. Its location is good."

"Amanda was lovely: very helpful and she made such delicious breakfasts every morning fresh. The house is charming. It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

It was quiet and the property is beautiful with the tables to sit outside and the river in the property… I wouldn’t mind staying here again but I would inspect the room I am getting… ample parking, no free breakfast, coffee area available around the clock for free… again, it wasn’t a...

"The bedding smelled and the mattress was old. The rugs in the hallways were old and smelled . There was an odor throughout the motel. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable but I will never book an Econo Lodge again. Extremely disappointed"

"The resort was very nice and well maintained. I would say the staff wasn't that great. I've much better experiences. I enjoyed my massage and spa. The only complaint I have is that at a room near mine room was very loud and woke me up at 11:30. I couldn't get a response from dialing 0 and I tried 5x. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk she really didn't seem to care much."

"We sat in the lobby for over an hour with other guests with no staff, finally got a room with one double bed when we had been promised two beds earlier in the day when speaking with them. Room was double booked and other occupants had picked up keys earlier and came back at 2:30 am banging on door, I looked out window and heard them say “someone is in our room” they called the police who came at 6am to investigate whether we had broken into the room.
