"The view was outstanding and the room was very comfortable. We had two small children, so we were very happy the hotel was very kid and family friendly. Enjoyed the restaurants and pool that were on site. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back."

"The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful."

"La habitacion que habia reservado con vista al golfo no me la dieron. Me dieron una con vista a un parking y tres palmeras. Me reuse, me cambiaron a otra. El pasillo por las noches es un asco, lleno de platos sucios que la gente saca de sus habitaciones. El balcon estaba sucio con un limpiador de dientes. Y la cafetera de mi habitacion no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir que la cambien por otra. Paque una fortuna por un servicio que no recibi. "

"Wonderful stay….beautiful property, great location, walking distance to restaurants and activities. White sand beach - got very crowded during peak hours but it’s Spring Break so to be expected! "

"Too crowded and noisy. Had use bellman to get access to luggage cart. Room was good but bathroom was needing maintenance attention, toilet paper fixture was loose, black mold on some surfaces in shower, would have appreciated a walk in shower, instead of shower curtain in a slippery tub "

"Room was older and not as clean as I would typically expect to see for the price. We also had issues with coordinating housekeeping services throughout our stay which left us reusing towels, running low on toilet paper and overflowing garbage bin for much of the week. They finally did clean on our room on the 4th night when I asked at the front desk but they only left 2 towels and we never did get the daily complimentary waters (other than the first day).
