"My mother was in the hospital in Savannah and I was trying to find a good room, and I asked them if they had close parking for handicapped because I am handicap, they said yes.....when I got there, there WAS NO PARKING ANYWHERE NEAR the friggin hotel entrance.....I asked to cancel my reservation and for a refund and they told me that it was past the point that they could give refunds. Well if they wouldn't have lied to me to begin with I never would have made the reservation to begin with....so...

"Our room was accessible and it was very nice. The bathroom was set up perfectly. I wish there was no carpet in accessible rooms. It makes it difficult if you use a rollator. Overall the bed was very comfortable, tv worked and the AC was good and cold. Breakfast was also good."

"We stayed recently after enjoying one of these hotels in AZ. First impression was that our room smelled musty like a water issue. There was no soap in the shower container so I used shampoo. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was better than some with variety. I like strong coffee and this was not at all. Bed was ok."

"The property had a molded looking stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was loose and shaking. Stayed three days and didn't receive any cleaning, even upon asking. The exercise room equipment was dirty and had to be cleaned before using. I had stayed her once before, for an overnight stay and it seemed like a nice place at the time, but after staying the three days I see the hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning service.
