"Great customer service; arrived late and lady was just finishing up and was able to keep us on the first floor along with our pet (I use a walker & husband uses a can). I give it a 98 out of 100 and that was only because the toilet was very low, not good for a handicap person that cannot bend. Otherwise, it would receive a 100 since plenty of room (there were 4 adults) and nicely keep."
