"Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

"The shower hot water didn’t work when we got there. After the maintenance staff fixed it it lasted not even a day before we lost any pressure. The manager was rude when I came down to have someone fix the shower."

"The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful."

Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. "Bathrooms are dangerous and unacceptable. They still have old fixtures like low bathtubs and shower curtains. Also bathroom lack counter or shelf space. Will not stay there again. "

"WE USUALLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON AT BROOKHAVEN BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE THIS TIME SO WE CHOSE HOMEWOOD SUITES WHICH WAS FANTASTIK. VERY CLEAN AND NEW OR AT LEAST LOOKS NEW . WELL MAINTAINED.
