"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff"

"The shower hot water didn’t work when we got there. After the maintenance staff fixed it it lasted not even a day before we lost any pressure. The manager was rude when I came down to have someone fix the shower."

"Arrived there one hour before check in. They gave someone else their room right away but made me wait an hour. Said it was because they were busy but the parking lot was empty. Don’t usually stay at hiltons anymore because of a bad experience but thought I would give this one a try. Big mistake. "

Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. "This hotel needs a huge renovation. It is noticeably old and dark, the rugs are old, floors are old, wallpaper, artwork, furniture, ceilings, everything should be updated. No one was ever in the lobby. The room was sufficient, bed comfortable although a bug actually crawled on me. Bathroom was clean enough, just don't look in the corners. "The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc"

"Bathrooms are dangerous and unacceptable. They still have old fixtures like low bathtubs and shower curtains. Also bathroom lack counter or shelf space. Will not stay there again. "

"WE USUALLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON AT BROOKHAVEN BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE THIS TIME SO WE CHOSE HOMEWOOD SUITES WHICH WAS FANTASTIK. VERY CLEAN AND NEW OR AT LEAST LOOKS NEW . WELL MAINTAINED.
