"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3)
The elevator was on its last leg.
The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building…
As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate....
