"We came in town for a wedding. We called the day before to see if 90 minutes early check in could be accommodated or if there was a restroom available to change in. We were told yes to the restroom and to call back in the morning for early check-in possibility. Called in around 11 am on check-in day to be told to call back at 2pm.
