Hotel dekat Taman Northampton

"The room was well appointed, but the cleanliness of the room was not that great. I stayed for 3 nights. The previous occupants dropped candy under the cupboard and it was never cleaned. Plus, we has 2 evacuations in a 12 hour span. There was an electrical fire and then the next morning the fire alarm went off at 6am. 2 days in a row the elevators weren't working properly or at all. They need do do some major electrical work in my opinion. I did not feel very safe."

"The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left."

"Rolls-Royce, how would we go back again?"

"The room was full clean and the restaurant was great."

"Great stay, great price, great breakfast, lovely staff! Will return"

"The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc."

"clean room nice property"

"I arrived thinking that this was similar to other hotels that were suites. This place is focused on longer term residents. No amenities were included. No coffee pot (purchase only) or hair dryer or dishware (purchase only). The front desk was only occasionally available. I never found their open hours. The coffee in the lobby had no cups for use. I would pay closer attention at the time of booking. I would not choose this place again."

"Clean rooms. Perfect location to pull into after 14 hours of travel! Close to the airport but still very easy to come and go as needed."
