Hotel dekat Taman Oak Hill

"From a 20 year former hotel General Manager I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at 5 star properties. Every staff interaction was top notch highlighted by Dorian. For someone who only has a few weeks in hotels under his belt he has management material written all over him. I prided myself on growing talent during my career and have a good eye for it. Management and Management company listen up! Give Dorian a shot and he will make you...

"Very nice hotel high end, perfect"

"We loved the breakfast. There was a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby."

"Very clean room, better than I expected will visit again"

"I appreciate the cleanliness and modernization of the hotel and the rooms. The pricing is also very reasonable. The exercise equipment in the room is an added bonus. The only drawback is they don’t include breakfast. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, they have a restaurant on premises and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. This is my second time staying at the property. I hope they maintain the standard. A lot of hotels I have been do not adhere to the standard of cleanliness."

"Check-in was fast. Air conditioning in the room was not working as well as it should have. Shower in our room was cracked and the water made our skin feel slippery and not clean. One elevator smelled strongly of weed and someone on our floor was smoking it causing us to smell it in our room. Other guests were running up and down the halls and being loud late at night."

"Overall great experience. great location also"

"Convenient location, clean facility and helpful staff."

"My room was very clean, and spacious"

"Day time Front Desk staff was not helpful. On day 2 of our 2 nights stay, our room was not made up: towels, coffee sets, cups, and bottled were not replenished. I was given towels from the Desk and I was given 2 expired coffee k cups. I was told that “the 2 bottled water provided on arrival are the only once get.” Breakfast and staff server was great. I’m not sure if I’ll recommend this Hilton Garden Inn, Mokena, Illinois"

"Difficulty checking in. Did not receive the room I reserved. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get the correct room. The room was dingy and the room needs an update. Bathroom had mold around the caulking in the bathroom. The windows were open and I could only get one to latch completely. There was no phone in the room which I consider a safety hazard. If there had been an emergency with my 94-year-old mother traveling with me, there was no phone to contact the front desk. I was told by...

"This stay was just “stayable”. It was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast that was offered was well. The cons were a list of things, but the major ones were that the carpet in the rooms needs to be upgraded or removed and the televisions could be bigger! Overall, I’d stay again for the convenience and it appeared to be clean! PS: Be prepared to leave on time, they do not do late check outs!"

"Rooms where spacious"
