"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. The quality and fit out of the space is amazing, huge living area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, incredibly it is...

"Decent room size for business hotel. Great location, just in front of train station and airport bus station. There are many good restaurants around. 酒と飯 豆たん & 燒肉 牛笑 are really delicious"

"スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。 写真の感じだとまあ古いんだろうな とは思っていましたが想像以上に汚くて びっくりしました笑 壁紙も汚く、エアコン、冷蔵庫もカビだらけ シャワーも弱く換気扇が切れないように なっているのでずっとうるさいです。 アメニティ、シャンプーは持ち込みおすすめします。 他のお部屋はわからないので一概には 言えませんが、スタッフさんの対応が 良いのでお部屋のクオリティさえ 良くなればリピートしたいです。 "

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Old fashioned Japanese hotel, but clean environment. Free coffee on arrival and light breakfast was offered. Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. Otherwise lovely hotel with friendly staff"

"内装がとてもおしゃれで、Wi-Fiや冷暖房、サイズ展開のある寝巻き、各種アメニティが揃っています。 また、ヘアアイロンも二種類、ドライヤーもRefaが置いています。 他の方が書いているように、チェックインが少しややこしく、無人なので分かりづらい点もあります。 また、ホテルで風呂に入る場合ですと、女性でも少し狭いです。 部屋によるかもしれませんが、温度調節をしても適温にならず、熱いお湯、冷たい水と交互に出る場合があります。 近くの銭湯を利用するなどした方がくつろげる方もいるかもしれません。 全体的には、近くに飲食店もコンビニもあり、価格帯を考えるとお手頃以上なゆっくりとくつろげる素敵なホテルでした。"
