"Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced. "

"The room was clean and spacious (and quiet!). Staff was friendly and quick to be helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice amenity. Location is perfect for theater-goers. My one recommendation would be to add a water-bottle filler somewhere, whether in the gym or the breakfast area; that would be SO nice and convenient. "

"No bathrooms in the room!!! Public bathrooms. I wish I would’ve known that before going. We also had windows with no screens that would not lock, on a fire escape, allowing others to get into our room. Blood on bathroom light switch and toilet paper. Wouldn’t recommend. Location is nice."

"Hotel Newton was closed for renovation and despite calls and requests to Expedia they continue to send messages that I would and did stay there."
