"Amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the quick check in, friendly staff asking if I needed anything else, and warm cookies upon check in was a great touch! The staff checked in on me with texts and in the lobby to ask if I needed anything while I was in the city several times which I appreciated. "The hotel was in an excellent location with subways near by taking you all around Manhattan. Brooklyn bridge was a 10 minute walk and the 9/11 memorial , Wall Street was a 5 minute walk.This was my second visit to New York and found this hotel and location far better than staying in Times Square."

"great hotel. Location was ideal for accessing the Flat Iron district, and only 10 mins walk to Maddison Square and Penn Station. There are 2 subway stations near by (23rd & 6th) and (23rd & 5th). "The location was great, very close to Penn Station if traveling to/from. Room size was expected due to it being NY. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and quick."

"Hotel is beautiful and staff was amazing. Location was near 1 train and many options for food nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise at night. We stayed on the street side at the intersection and it was loud. Also, the doors to all the rooms are very heavy and slam shut. It’s a lot in the middle of the night to hear all the doors slamming shut. Other than this, the stay was great and the hotel itself is beautiful."
