"Disappointing Experience at Lotte New York Palace
Unfortunately, my stay at Lotte New York Palace was quite disappointing. The staff was generally rude and not helpful, and I did not receive the level of hospitality I would expect from a luxury hotel.
My room was very noisy, and when I asked to be relocated, the staff was not cooperative or accommodating. The experience at the restaurant was also disappointing, with staff members being particularly rude and inattentive.

"I like staying there because it’s practically steps away from Penn Station, which makes it very convenient. I can easily get there, drop off my luggage, and start exploring the city right away."

Reception staff not knowledgeable and not helpful. They did not know how to read Expedia bookings and charged incorrectly even after receipt was shown. After some days I am still double charged and they simply responded to Expedia that their manager is not there so they’re not able to help. Ridiculous!"
