"I found it unfortunately that a hotel with such nice and quality bedding had speakers blasting so loud that our walls were literally shaking and I had to sleep with ear plugs in even though we were on the 4th floor"

"The location is great, and the cleaning is spotless! However, I wouldn’t suggest the breakfast—it’s just a bagel or croissant with regular coffee. There are some fantastic breakfast spots nearby. Also, the bathtub was clogged, and I had to report it twice. The second time, I had to go to the reception to get the maintenance team to fix it."

"Came for the Knicks parade. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Rooms are small - literally 2 steps from the front door and it’s the bed. Bedding and pillows felt very nice and comfortable. I don’t agree with the added $16 at the end to cover the resort fee aka 2 Fuji water bottles, 1 Poland spring water bottle, 2 bags of chips and 4 cookies.. that could have just been included in the fee for the room. Has a roof top bar.. but hours were limited. Couldn’t find room service menu."
