"I am soooo glad the rooms are clean and comfortable except there is no safe box and the AC was either broken or set too low. No matter we did, we could not adjust the AC. We were freezing and had to put on extra clothes while sleeping. The carpet outside the rooms was gross. The public bathrooms on the sixth floor were disgusting. Even though it is located at the most ideal location, I will NEVER go back despite the staff were really nice and helpful!"
