"This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop”...

"I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better."

"Good things: Hotel was very clean. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. You need a key card to get into the hotel and to use the elevator, so it felt pretty safe. Not so good things: The lady that check me in was not very nice. I couldnt understand her, she would ask me a question and then start listening to other guests in the lobby and just stopped listening to me. It was like she zoned out. At one point she asked me my license plate number for parking and just stared at the...

"The person who checked me in was very unfriendly - didn’t return my greeting, wouldn’t make eye contact or answer my questions, didn’t give me any information about the property - just thrust my keys at me and pointed to the elevator. Another guest had to show me how to use my key to get to my floor. There was no clock in the room at all, and the phone didn’t work. The room was clean but everything looks really cheap and the whole place looks like it was built in two weeks. I had to run a fan...
