"To find a boutique hotel in the middle of downtown was a treat. The staff were over the top helpful. Restaurant service and food were excellent. The serene, old world ambiance is a special treat amid the hustle and bustle of the city."

"We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. "
