"One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home."

Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. "I loved my stay at the Dairy Hotel in Queenstown. The bed felt incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The little extras made the place feel very special. You had clearly thought about everything. I had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The hot tub was a real highlight. It felt amazing in the evening after a long trek. Warm, quiet and deeply relaxing. You created a welcoming space. I would happily return. I would strongly recommend staying here."

"Nice quiet hotel with good breakfast. Downtown is just a 10 minute walk. Breakfast starts at 6 AM which is helpful as lot of tours start very early. Its a bit pricey (Queenstown premium) but breakfast and proximity to downtown make up for it. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The toileteries were nice."

The included parking spot was great considering you need to pay for parking pretty much everywhere in the town. The fact that restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance make it very convenient without your car. I strongly recommend Ferg's burger for breakfast if you are staying at this place.
