"No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...

Our condo (8D Cuban Club) was very well-suited, super spacious, and better than expected. Having the balcony on Duval was the best part! The staff was super accommodating and friendly! The service spot on at the desk with every question and issue resolved from my iPhone tech problems to renting a bike right on site to sending me to laundry next door to giving me excellent dining options recommendations. The breakfast included was exactly what was needed omelets perfectly made to order along with many other grab and go options yogurt fruit...
