"Great location, 5 minute walk from Cipro station (Line A). The free breakfast buffet was delicious, big selection. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It can get a little noisy at night, with the street noise and neighbors, but nothing crazy. And be aware they don’t turn on the AC in Italy in April, so it can get a little hot (didn’t know this coming in, not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind) "

"Had supper and breakfast, supper was ok but serving a burger and French fries with packets of condiments was something I’d expect from McDonald’s or worse. Service and Offerings for breakfast were also not what we’d expect, especially for the price charged. "

"We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We arrived around 1 AM, and although I don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in, he was very polite and welcoming. I would also like to specially thank the security staff member, Mohammad Sharif, who kindly escorted us from reception to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If we visit Italy again, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel."

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
