"Lovely staff, my favorite place to stay"

"There was blood stains on a quilt."

"The first room we got had a horrible smell from the wet carpet. We were moved but the key machine was down so we weren't able to get keys."

"Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff"

"The coffee in the room was good. Would have been nice to have had different flavours in creamer, rather than just the original. No complimentary water in the room, had to keep asking the front desk. Would have been nice to have had 2 bottles a day placed into the room. A free airport shuttle would have been helpful too."

"Travelled with my mom and my 3 month old baby !! It was awesome . We definitely will be back ❤️"

"I liked the staff because they was very helpful. I did not like the washroom , it was dirty and the washer was dirty , the breakfast area is very small, not much good options for breakfast, the elevator was not working the 3 days I stayed there, there were roaches in the room( 2 baby roach and 1 big roach).place Nass to clean and renovate."

"There was algae on the windows. The room had a funny odor. The sofa bed had springs coming out of the mattress. We were out of body soap. It took two requests to get soap and extra pillow and a comforter to cover up the springs coming out of the mattress."

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. I really appreciated the hospitality and the attention to detail. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the bar was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers and would gladly stay here aga"

"The staff was very helpful if situations arise. I really wish they would help clean the rooms more often than none. Other than that I have nothing bad to say!"
