"The front desk was amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with several of the front desk staff and they were pleasant, helpful and really seemed to like their job. The room was modest in size and did not have a microwave, but it was clean and quiet. Exercises room was adequate and clean."

"Needed a place to stay near the airport. Clean … .comfy. Everyone kind and helpful. We missed the scheduled airport van by a few minutes and a driver stepped in to take us. Nice bright, well equipped gym. Grabbed breakfast. The buffet was typical… but all well done. "

"The air unit in the room worked well but we were in a room on the 4th floor and the air unit/closet is right in the room. It was loud. You can hear every time it came on and turned off. For a light sleeper I did not sleep well with it doing that. Also the bed's were suppose to be Queen beds. Ours was not, They were full size beds but felt like twin so beware of the bed size. "I never expected to have the experience we did at this hotel. I’ve stayed at other locations and never had any issues. A staff member tried to come in our room twice without knocking and was not there for any service. We had to have our room moved due to upgraded or cleaning being done to the couches during the middle of our stay. When I voiced my concerns a manager was very dismissive. I wouldn’t stay at this location for free! "
