"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"I had to change our room at the last minute. I believe the counter person was named Jay. He was awesome!!! Without having to go through Expedia, he was able to change the room, at the very last minute. "Staff was always very accommodating and pleasant. Property was clean and decently maintained, quiet despite being on a semi-busy road. Pet friendly, but I believe there's a pet deposit (we have a service dog, so if there is a fee it was waived). Pool was okay, Indoor, but fairly small and not heated (which is fine).
