"Room was very comfortable with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Bed was very comfortable with plushy pillows, staff was friendly and helpful. If I stay in the Dallas area again I will definitely stay here again."

"Beware of the elevator works parts of the day. You can sit there and click the button for 20 mins with no lights coming on and the staff just say “sometimes it’s slow” this wasn’t once or twice it happened on a daily and we stayed 3 total nights. Not sure if all rooms have holes in the roof where sprinklers should be. Toilet was having problems. Made staff aware and housekeeping said nothing was wrong but handle was a little messed up. Which would not let it drain correctly resulting into backing up every use. Overall the location of hotel is nice. However rooms need some repairs and basic touch up. "

"Clean room, amazing staff, but it's like a motel 6 slapped with paint. The water is so gross, no AC in my room. The shampoo and conditioner they supply is like the worst crap ever. It made my hair literally hard and weird. Do not wastemoney here "

" It was okay and decent for just needing a one night stay before our 4am flight the next day. Not the easiest to get into if you miss your turn off the exit. "

"I always bring my own cleaning wipes and everything came out clean (most don’t lol). The staff is very sweet. It’s a tad outdated. The hottub does not work for the second time in 1month (we visited twice) the pool same as last trip was so cloudy my kids lost their pool toys. Beds are decent but clean. Breakfast has a good selection. We did not have hot water one night in our stay just luke warm. We will be back when we come back to the area. Cleanliness tops everything! "
