"The staff was very friendly, and check in/out was very easy. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bathroom could use a little TLC, but that’s all. It was a good place for the price."

"Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site!"

"The night clerk was the best thing about the stay there. She was kind considerate and very promot at meeting customers request....AS FOR THE ROOMS IN FIRST ROOM WE GOT ..WE WERE AMBUSHED. BY BEDBUGS...SECOND ROOM WAS NOT SO BAD BUT IT WAS NOT THE HOLIDAY INN EITHER..I DONT RECOMMEND ..MORE THAN A 1 NIGHT STAY .."

"Breakfast is a bag breakfast like a bag lunch to go rooms are full of pest keep the lights on from the bed through the shower they are coming strong was moved and that room had puppy food just sitting on the floor as of someone being storing there cat or puppy there and was moved for the night never again"

"No questions asked or issues about traveling with dogs. Horrible customer service, mold growining in the shower. What looked like piss on the pillow and blankets upon first arrival to the room. They did have waffles for breakfast so thats a plus.. but literally, just waffles. No other form of hot foods, but it was also a very cheaply priced room and i fid not see any signs of unwanted bug activities either!"

"Environment was not inviting Staff were not helpful or at the desk regularly , the refrigerator did not work. The shower was running out of two different pipes. There was mold on the shower curtain. Hallways reeked of pee & mildew the online advertisement was misleading. The only thing that was fair was the prices."

"The room was not clean. We found a used washcloth left over the shower rod. The air conditioning did not work. We were leaving for an event and we're told it would kick in by the time we got back later that evening. It did not and when we requested another room, the clerk tried to give us the smoke-filled room next door. The new room was better but still not very clean. "

"Aire caliente terrible Tienda de alimentos si tiene el hotel y el encargado del hotel me cobro $31 en cash porque segun él me mando a una area exclusiva y era de lo peor y no me quiso reembolsar el dinero. En conclusion parece un hotel asqueroso y con la peor atencion."
