"Room was very dirty, furniture was very dated. We had to sign an agreement to not flush any toilet paper. The room had a terrible smell. We were staying at the 2 bedroom room which was very dark. The 4 star rating of this hotel is extremely deceiving. In the US this is likely a 2-star rated hotel at most. Closest equivalent is a Motel 6. We decided not to stay the night "

"Satisfactory hotel in a convenient location. Pretty pool area with restaurant next door including poolside tables. Food was very good and varied. I asked for a room with a pool view and I got it. However it was not totally vlean- there were dust balls and hair in the corners. The tiles were cracked too in both bathroom and bedroom "

"The room was clean, and qiuet. Breakfast was good, had variety of food. Please noted that there is no hotel shuttle to/from the airport. We tried to dropp off the postcard at the hotel, but they said they don't have that service. The hotel name is Suites Cristina apart hotel, not Residence Inn Cristina."

"We booked a room here at the last minute after the hotel we originally booked had double booked our room and left us with nowhere to stay after some long flights. We were so pleased to be here, the hotel is immaculate and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Scarlett who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have had at a hotel. The breakfast also really good and excellent value."
