"The place did not have an iron, nor iron. The AC did not stay on through the night. The purpose donating at this place was because of location. "

"The location is safe, plenty of parking, the breakfast was also fresh and a little of everything, meaning eggs, toast, bagel, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, enough to get your day going without the extra expense, also the room was clean, updated furniture, and clean. "Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. There was handicap accessible Parking a few feet from the entrance that led to the elevators. Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park...

"The staff greeted us as we walked in and gave us bottles of water! This was very kind as it was a hot day in AZ. The staff checked on us throughout our stay and were kind. The breakfast was pretty good and filling with lots of choices. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay."

"The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said...

"The overall stay was great and we LOVED the beds and pillows. The pool was decent and the staff was very friendly. Our son forgot his toiletry bag and they even had a full stock of essentials he could use. The only downfall was the use of the metal door latches by one of the cleaning staff. For several hours, we had to listen to her bang the door open and shut at least 50 times. Other than that, out stay was pleasant! "
