"Lotte Hotel Seoul is a beautiful property. Everything was great - amazing breakfast buffet. The staff were so efficient and friendly that we were all amazed. This is definitely a 5-star hotel. Only unpleasant surprise I had was that you had to pay to use the sauna. "

Entrance Doors lock late at night for safety but they give you a code. I came with my family and the late night scene was more for the younger party crowd but during the day you are close to so many amazing spots that are a walk or short taxi ride away. We were very happy with our stay :)"
