"This is a fantastic hotel. There is not much around locally but the centre is a short stroll away. I was there for a week and the service and attention to detail was appreciated. My room was upgraded from 1st to 2nd floor. I didn’t get to try the pool on the roof unfortunately it was busy the one free day I had so given it’s size I wondered if a booking system for the sun beds was in place or should be. "Cons 1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer. 2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3.
