"Room and bathroom were small, but was to be expected. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. If you just need a place to stay, can get a good deal while being a bit above a capsule hotel. Easy underground access to the station too."

"Sleeping area was better than hard tatami beds but not full western mattress. If you love firm mattresses you will definitely love them. Free breakfast was only toast tea and coffee, but family mart is conveniently at the exit and easy access to subway trains. Personally I’d book again due to its commodity, not much but not little."

"Excellent location right where you need to be close to food and transport when exploring Tokyo. However, the room is very very small, unable to open a suitcase without putting the coffee table and chairs on the deck, never mind two suitcases. Helpful staff, they let us store our luggage during the day after checkout and very tidy and clean room."

"My go to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Our recent stay was our 7th at this hotel since my wife and I first came here 10 years ago. The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."
