"Beatuiful room, view of Trinity"

"The rooftop and terrace area was so beautiful and really fun at night. The view and location was so worth it. It was really close to the public transportation. The staff was great throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, had many options and you leave full. My only issue was that we found a big roach on our last night and that grossed us out. When I advised the staff they apologized and were going to be addressing the issue. Bathroom was really nice but it didn't have an exhaust and the glass door wouldn't close. It kept sliding open, so there was a lot of water all over the floor."

"The room was dirty. When I took a shower the ceiling fell on me they moved me to another room what was also dirty. Both rooms had mold all over in the shower and my first rom ceiling was covered with water stains and mold. I ended up checking out the next day. Emailed the manager with my issues and pictures but never got a response. Very disappointed and I will never return to this place ! "
