"Great stay, many thanks to the owner of the hotel. He was great during check-in when he showed us his map and prepared itinerary that made the sightseeing sooo much easier, detailing anything you might want to see or get (ATM) along the way. He had different itinerarys depending on how many day's you had to spend in the local area. He was also a great help when our flight got cancelled just as we were about to get a taxi to the airport. "Location is fabulous right on lake. The entire staff was wonderful. Warm, friendly, helpful. Restaurant was good. We had a balcony over looking the lake. The room was large with many small touches. Huge shower. Windows that opened to lake with built in benches to just enjoy. We could have stayed there all day. We will be back!"

"The location of this hotel is amazing. All the touristy spots are within walking range. The hotel has beautiful view of Pichola lake. The breakfast on the rooftop was cherry on the cake. They serve amazing breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Aman who took really good care of us. "

"Great location. Most sights within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel at home as soon as you walked through the door. Rajiv was exceptional in the level of service he offered. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and provided great views of the city and City Palace. The room is basic but has everything you need. There is a fair amount of noise in the area. Would highly recommend."
