"The bathroom flooded at an inconvenient time. I informed the front desk. The toilet runs constantly and didn’t flush. I was transferred to this room due to the previous room being right across the elevator which is loud. The buffet breakfast isn’t buffet, it’s eggs and sausage links/patties all week no other options outside of toast, bagels, and coffee…I definitely was disappointed with this Hyatt."

"Halls smelled somewhat like smoke or dingy carpet. Extra security Deadbolt on door did not lock. Was given a new room and that deadbolt did not lock! Doors looked as if they had been replaced and did not align with hole for deadbolt, so I stayed in first room. The 2nd room I was offered had tile missing from the bathroom wall and other ugly spots on the walls. In the room I occupied, One queen bed had a skirt that had an ugly brown stain on it that could be seen as soon as you walk in the room! Why this was not replaced is a question of whether the housekeeping staff care what guests think and about their integrity. I mentioned the bed stain to the person at the front desk when reporting the lock, he did not show much concern and did not say it would be replaced. Continental breakfast was pretty sad. WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. "

"I had called and arranged for the two rooms to be beside each other. That was never noted and we ended up with one room on 1st and one on 3rd. "

"The floor has some white specs look like paint it hadn’t been swept. Only the bed had been made, and the counter hadn’t been wiped off not the bathroom cleaned. I guess whoever cleaned it felt like it was clean enough to just make the bed."
