"Could not locate our reservation treated us like it was our fault. Had a 3 night reservation and after 1st night put our stuff in trash bags and was very rude again. Never apologized for the inconvenience."

"All was well aside from I reserved a king bed and did not request a handicapped room but got one. . As a result I’m assuming that’s why the bed was almost on the floor and honestly very uncomfortable. Also the note in the room specified put a room sign outside if you don’t want room service. Therefore we assumed if we did nothing room would be cleaned and restocked. "

"The breakfast was a big disappointment…the hot tub and pool area was okay until we discovered ants around the hot tub. The room was also okay but our tub had the stopper removed/broken, and misleading—over all just did not feel it was as nice, clean and accommodating as perceived when booking which was upsetting since I booked 2 weekends in a row for baseball tournaments but will now think we will be looking for a different option"

"Did not get 2 queen beds as booked. Television did not work. Pool closed, not stated when booking."

"No hot water in the bathroom sink. TV remote was broken and appeals to the front desk were meaningless. The only way to turn off the TV was to unplug it. Cabinet drawer pull came of in my hand. Door bottom smoke seal set too low making. Discussion with general manager was like talking to my dog."
