"Very disappointing in that there were few hangars in a stand-up small closet unit and no dresser just little "cubby holes" like in pre-school. The staff was nice and lobby area clean however, the work-out room didn't have a working hand sanitizer machine,no paper towels to wipe down equipment after usage and the TV wasn.t sinked to their cable provider. The wall heating unit in the room was not working due to a circuit breaker being tripped that my husband was able to re-set but shouldn't have...

"Everything was perfect but in front of our room there was a room under construction. Nothing wrong about it but at 5 AM they started working on the room and you can hear the noise into our room up until 9AM. We couldn’t sleep due to the noice and I wish we could’ve gotten a room away from the noise or at least have them start @7AM. That’s usually when staff can start making noise but unfortunately we had to hear it since 5AM."

"The staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was basic but decent. I love that they have coffee available all hours in the lobby. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The TV is a little small for these days. Overall, it was a comfortable and quiet stay. "

"We would absolutely stay at this hotel again! The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was very clean and had everything from robes, makeup mirror, coffee makers etc. The hotel was connected to the Target Centre and downtown stores which as amazing as it was cold and raining when we were in the city. Staff were amazing during check in and provided great info about the area. Excellent choice if you are staying in the city! "

The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. "Room was amazing, there was a small pile of black dust on sheets. Maybe from the ceiling. The entire building though was top notch, amenities included. Front desk worker was a little unwelcoming with his quiet tone and no greeting. "

"I loved the proximity to Target Field/Center and restaurants, all within walking distance. The parking lot is in back of the property so it kind of sneaks up on you when looking for it, but there was plenty of space for both hotels. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!"

"Great location, room was clean, staff were helpful. The only complaint was the water pressure too low. We were on the second floor on the west side of the hotel. Pressure seemed better at the pool area. Restaurant was very nice and staff were very pleasant. Room service was an added plus. Would definitely return. "
