"The hotel has a shared kitchen with snacks (fruit and biscuits) and tea and coffee making facilities - it was well stocked and it was also possible to fill the re-fillable water bottles provided by the hotel in the kitchen. The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea. "Only reason for me to give low stars is, due to really terrible check-in experience with Robins. We reach at 10.30PM tired and hope for smooth check-in experience. He wasn’t friendly at all. "Excellent location on a relatively quieter street not far from the subway and Cerro San Cristobal. Cement walls and ceiling made for a very quiet room. I liked it so much at the start of my trip to Chile that I stayed another three nights before I returned home to Canada."
