"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"The people writing these reviews must be blind. The place is unforgivably outdated . Old TV's...even older and dilapidated furniture. Old paint and old doors that dont close quietly. Old linen and a very old pool thats been closed for years. Its the cheapest hotel in the area tho...and close to some shopping and major highways. The staff is friendly , and some speak English. They are also doing a good renovation job slowly but surely. Sure there are some homeless people here...and you will...

"Elevators are very slow. Rest is great. Close to a trail near Hudson. Very nice walk even if it is sunny outside. Shaded by trees. Food mart in a small town near this trail (30 min walk) is also good for small shopping."

"This is a scam listing. I booked this several months in advance and the day of my arrival I reached out to ask how to check in. They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be their approach; lure people in with a good-looking property in a nice area and then surprise move them to a dump in an incovenient area. "This is my second night reserving another night for a double bed room, my sister and her husband came to visit from Long Island NY, & stayed the night. They refused to switch my room from a single room to a double bed room, TWICE. Front desk claimed they’re weren’t any double bed rooms available, but have that as a choice on their website. Refused to refund me for both nights and im still in a single bed room."
