"Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking."

"dirty sheets with black hairs in the bed, only 2 lights worked, tv did not work and the staff said none of them worked, he lied to me, black feet or socks when you walk around form dirty floor, shower and sink did NOT drain - disgusting for the shower. shower had gunk and hairs in it. towels smelt weird and felt dirty, different color and shaped towels. non-smoking room def smelled like cigarette smoke, all my clothes smelled like it afterward. no amenities available, but stale coffee and plain...

"The size of the room was surprising and I did like that bit. There were a pair of black pants stuffed in a shelf that were missed when the room was vacated/cleaned that I left untouched. The toilet flushing completely was also concerning. It wouldn’t fully flush after using the restroom and had to be flushed multiple times to get just tissue to go down. You could also tell a few counters didn’t get full wipe down as they were a little sticky in some areas. If these things weren’t issues/concerns...

"Nico checked us in when we arrived, he was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to get around anywhere in the Sacramento downtown area. Walking or driving distance. Safe area and clean hotel. We’ve stayed there before and will stay there again when in the area. "

"We Couldn't take a shower at any time due to the smoke alarm going off from the steam, we had the fan going in the room and bathroom so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Homeless encampment with barking dogs right next door and was quite annoying all thru the night. Bright light from gas station next door were shining thru the closed blinds had to use a hair clip and other items to keep them closed.
